Rotary Club of Bali Taman Youth Leadership training is an exhilarating one-day workshop designed to empower the young generation with news skills in a vibrant and enjoyable setting. This program was established since 2020, utilizing the Rotary District Grant Fund which the club entitled to have in yearly bases thanks to their frequent donation to The Rotary Foundation. While it is open for public, the platform is actually made for the sponsored youth clubs to get more members which eventually help them sustain their activities.  

In this program, participants engage in a compact self development course, featuring speakers or mentors that are fluent in their field, to share their experience, knowledge and wisdom. Participants will also engage in various interactive games and team-building activities that foster camaraderie while honing leadership abilities. Through an array of fun exercises, these future leaders learn the art of effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. This dynamic program not only equips them with invaluable skills but also cultivated a sense of confidence and enthusiasm, setting the stage for their journey towards impactful leadership.
